About Us
We provide top-level wrestling training in New York, led by experienced coaches Rogotzke and Breitenstein. Our programs include team and individual technique development, designed to elevate wrestlers of all skill levels. In addition to physical training, we offer sports mental skills and performance coaching to help athletes build confidence, focus, and resilience both on and off the mat. Committed to excellence, we strive to empower each wrestler to reach their full potential and succeed at the highest levels.
What We Do
2026 Spring/summer schedule
High School
Tuesday: 5:45 pm - 7 pm
Saturday: 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm
Sunday: 4:30 pm - 6 pm
Mental Skills/Video Analysis: Appointment Only
Middle school / Youth
Tuesday: 5:00pm - 5:45 pm
Saturday: 11:30 am -12:30 pm (beginners only)
12:30 pm -1:30 pm (advanced youth)
Fees: Spring/Summer Session only (March 3rd to July 21st)
High School $600 new, $550 returning.
Advanced Youth $400
Beginners $320
